Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA): The activities of Binance are unlicensed and banned

After the statement of Italian regulator, the Commission for the Securities and Exchange Supervision (Consob) about Binance's illegal activities in the country, other EU regulators got involved, considering the news of the last 2 days (July 15-16, 2021) not everything gets into the public domain and we are sure that the work on banning Binance casino in the EU is in full swing, starting from the German investigation (BaFin) and ending with the other EU member states.

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), on the other hand, repeatedly reminded consumers that the agency did not allow Binance to conduct cryptocurrency-related activities in the country. The MFSA had already issued a similar warning in February 2020, making it clear that Binance is not registered in Malta, is not headquartered there and generally, its activities are unregulated and, in fact, illegal in Malta. Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is not allowed to operate under Maltese law, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) warned:

"Due to recent warnings from competent authorities in other jurisdictions, as well as an increase in complaints related to unlicensed entities, including Binance, the Authority would like to reiterate that Binance is not licensed and not authorized by the MFSA to conduct any activity with virtual assets," the notice said.

ScamBinance does not expect all financial regulators to simply issue "warnings and notices," but to refer materials and investigations to law enforcement agencies to initiate criminal international proceedings against the criminal organization Binance and its beneficiaries Guangying Chen (Heina Chen) and Changpeng Zhao.
